Responsibility
- Perform functional and performance testing on electronic components, server hardware, and rack systems to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in manufacturing processes, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize testing procedures and improve product quality.
- Document test results, defects, and resolutions in a clear and detailed manner for reporting and analysis.
- Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Assist in the development and validation of new testing protocols for emerging technologies.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Provide feedback to design and production teams to enhance product performance and manufacturability.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in testing, troubleshooting, or manufacturing of electronics, servers, or rack systems.
- Proficiency in using testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and automated test systems.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits, schematics, and PCB layouts.
- Experience with server hardware, networking components, or data center equipment is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including test procedures, blueprints, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
