Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee electrical and M&E infrastructure projects for airport development, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Liaise with engineers, contractors, and vendors to streamline project workflows and resolve technical or logistical challenges.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and compliance records.
- Monitor project milestones, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure all electrical systems meet local and international safety, regulatory, and environmental standards (e.g., IATA, ICAO).
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including government agencies, airport authorities, and internal teams.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance with design specifications and contractual obligations.
- Support procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and material sourcing for electrical components.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in electrical/M&E infrastructure, aviation, or large-scale construction.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes (e.g., NEC, IEC), and airport infrastructure standards.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or LEED are highly advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Bali with flexibility for occasional travel to project locations.
