As part of our team, you will support the overall operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing all restaurant facilities and equipment. Based in one of Bali’s vibrant locations—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities for growth and development. Whether you’re resolving technical issues, coordinating repairs, or implementing preventive maintenance, your work will have a tangible impact on our daily operations.
Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on restaurant equipment, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted service.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of facilities and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with McDonald’s policies and local regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to identify opportunities for facility improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests outside of regular hours as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, technical support, or a similar role, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong technical skills in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach to maintenance.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, climbing, or standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
