Responsibility
- Perform electromechanical assembly of components and systems with precision and adherence to technical specifications.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of assembled products to verify functionality, performance, and compliance with quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Document test results, assembly processes, and any deviations or defects for traceability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize assembly procedures and enhance product reliability.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy and operational readiness.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electromechanical assembly, testing, or troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and test equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes).
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
