Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on pneumatic, hydraulic, and water systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical issues, troubleshoot faults, and implement effective repair solutions.
- Inspect and test mechanical equipment to identify wear, defects, or malfunctions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to upgrade or modify mechanical systems for improved efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts replacements.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards during maintenance operations.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and operational staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Mechanical Technician or similar role in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and water system maintenance.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
- Hands-on experience with tools, diagnostic equipment, and precision measuring instruments.
- Certification in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations (OSHA, ISO, or local equivalents) is highly desired.
