As an Assistant Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing, maintenance, and operational processes. Responsibility
- Assist senior technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial gas systems and related equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Monitor and record operational data, including pressure, temperature, and flow rates, to maintain system efficiency.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and report findings to the engineering team for resolution.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company standards to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Support the calibration and testing of instruments and control systems.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking spare parts and supplies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a technical or manufacturing environment (fresh graduates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of industrial equipment, piping systems, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to operational demands.
- Familiarity with MS Office and basic computer applications.
