Responsibility
- Operate and set up CNC turning and milling machines for daily production tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications to ensure accurate component production.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of CNC machinery to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Troubleshoot machine issues, adjust tooling, and implement corrective actions to resolve production discrepancies.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
- Document production data, machine settings, and quality control results for traceability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as a CNC Machinist, preferably in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in operating CNC turning and milling machines (e.g., Haas, Mazak, or similar brands).
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and CAD/CAM files.
- Familiarity with G-code and M-code programming for CNC machines (manual editing experience is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure zero-defect production.
- Knowledge of quality control standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and inspection tools.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials up to 20 kg.
- Strong communication skills in English; ability to work independently and in a team.
