Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive testing of server hardware and software to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Identify, document, and report defects or anomalies, collaborating with engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Execute test scripts, automated tests, and manual test cases to validate product specifications.
- Assemble, configure, and deploy server systems for testing in controlled and real-world environments.
- Maintain accurate records of test results, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for traceability.
- Assist in the development and improvement of test procedures, methodologies, and documentation.
- Work closely with R&D, QA, and production teams to ensure seamless product transitions from development to deployment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in server testing and validation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 1-3 years of experience in hardware testing, server maintenance, or a similar technical role (fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply).
- Hands-on experience with server hardware, networking equipment, or data center environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with test automation tools, scripting (Python, Bash), or diagnostic software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, manuals, and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to document findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
