Responsibility
- Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure facility safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Lead a team of technicians, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance activities with production schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement of spare parts and services.
- Ensure adherence to local and international safety regulations, including OSHA and ISO standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational reliability and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the food services or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, including predictive and preventive maintenance strategies.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of technicians or engineers.
- Familiarity with safety regulations (OSHA, ISO) and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
