Responsibility
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of technical systems and equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex system failures.
- Document service reports, maintenance logs, and customer interactions accurately.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards during all service activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Singaporean Citizenship or Permanent Residency (mandatory).
- 0-2 years of experience in a technical or engineering support role (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to local work conditions.
