Responsibility
- Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and products using CAD software and engineering principles.
- Conduct feasibility studies, performance analysis, and cost estimations for mechanical projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and production staff, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee the testing, prototyping, and validation of mechanical designs to meet industry standards and client requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and apply innovative solutions to improve existing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines in all engineering activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in mechanical design, development, or manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in mechanical engineering.
- Experience with project management and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
