Join Tan Tock Seng Hospital in a pivotal role as a Mechanical Engineer / Senior Mechanical Engineer for our Medical Tower Planning & Development project in Bali. Responsibility
- Design, develop, and oversee the installation of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and medical gas systems for healthcare facilities.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to integrate mechanical systems into building designs.
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, healthcare regulations, and safety standards (e.g., NFPA, ASHRAE).
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimations, and risk assessments for mechanical systems in new constructions or renovations.
- Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality execution of mechanical installations and maintenance.
- Develop and implement energy-efficient and sustainable solutions to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
- Perform regular inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications for project stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering for building and infrastructure projects, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proven track record in healthcare, hospital, or large institutional facility projects is highly preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM software for system design and coordination.
- Excellent knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems specific to healthcare environments.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations (SNI) is a plus.
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
