Responsibility
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faulty printed circuit boards (PCBs) to the component level.
- Perform PCBA repair and rework to ensure optimal functionality and quality.
- Conduct thorough testing and inspection of electronic components and assemblies.
- Document test results, repairs, and any deviations from specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards in all testing and repair processes.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in PCBA repair, troubleshooting, and testing.
- Strong understanding of electronic components and circuit diagrams.
- Proficiency in using test and measurement equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in electronics manufacturing.
