Responsibility
- Perform diagnostic tests and debugging on electronic products to identify and resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot and repair production failure units to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement test procedures and protocols.
- Document test results, failures, and corrective actions in detailed reports.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Assist in the development of test scripts and automation tools to improve efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and production staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all test activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Test Technician or in a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of electronic testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
