Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of electrical projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and project documentation.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
- Ensure all electrical installations meet local and international standards.
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide progress updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical project management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in the Southeast Asian market is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
