Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of Vertivās smart solutions and critical infrastructure systems.
- Conduct diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and repair of hardware/software to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide proactive maintenance and preventive checks to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalate when necessary.
- Document all service activities, including work orders, reports, and customer feedback, in Vertivās systems.
- Deliver technical training and guidance to clients and internal teams on system operations and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and Vertivās quality assurance procedures.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, coordinating with logistics for timely replacements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in field service, technical support, or a similar role, preferably in critical infrastructure or data center environments.
- Strong knowledge of UPS systems, power distribution, cooling solutions, or smart monitoring tools.
- Certifications in Vertiv products, ITIL, or industry-specific accreditations are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Valid driverās license and ability to lift/move equipment (up to 25 kg).
