Responsibility
- Lead the design, analysis, and implementation of drainage systems and road/highway projects, including PCCP.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for civil engineering projects.
- Ensure compliance with local and international construction standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to secure permits and approvals.
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to assess project viability and risk factors.
- Supervise construction activities, monitor progress, and resolve technical or logistical challenges.
- Prepare and present progress reports, budgets, and timelines to senior management.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on drainage works and road/highway construction.
- Proven expertise in PCCP (Portland Cement Concrete Pavement) and other pavement technologies.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software, as well as project management tools.
- Excellent knowledge of construction codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations in Indonesia or the Philippines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or travel to project sites as needed.
