Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for industrial door and loading dock installations, from initial planning to final delivery.
- Develop technical specifications, drawings, and cost estimates for warehousing and logistics solutions.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project alignment with safety standards and operational needs.
- Oversee on-site implementation, troubleshooting technical challenges, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Optimize project timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality engineering standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for industrial equipment and systems.
- Drive continuous improvement by researching emerging technologies in automated loading systems and smart warehousing.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including reports, manuals, and post-installation evaluations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in industrial equipment, loading docks, or warehousing solutions.
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards (OSHA, ISO) and local building codes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Ability to travel to project sites across Indonesia as needed.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a strong asset.
