Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, calibration, and maintenance of Pick-and-Place (PnP) machines and related equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical training and support to client operators and maintenance teams.
- Document service reports, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, and customer support) to address recurring technical issues.
- Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring readiness for emergency service calls.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in PnP technology and industry best practices.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards while working in client facilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in field service, maintenance, or troubleshooting of automated machinery, semiconductor equipment, or PnP systems (Senior Engineer: 5+ years).
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, PLCs, pneumatics, and servo systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, oscilloscopes, and software for machine calibration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in high-stakes environments.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required (up to 50% travel).
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain necessary work permits for Indonesia.
