Responsibility
- Develop, validate, and maintain automated test systems (hardware and software) for production lines.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure test systems meet product specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve downtime issues to minimize production disruptions.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Document test procedures, protocols, and system modifications for regulatory compliance.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on test system operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in automated testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automated test equipment (ATE) development and maintenance.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or LabVIEW.
- Strong understanding of hardware-software integration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with medical device testing or regulated industries is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
