Responsibility
- Execute complex system-level testing and troubleshooting for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Analyze test data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase yield.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues during the manufacturing and assembly phase.
- Maintain high documentation standards, ensuring all test procedures and results are accurately recorded.
- Operate and calibrate specialized diagnostic equipment to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety standards and cleanroom protocols at all times.
- Provide technical support for late-shift production requirements to meet shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing, test, or production environment, preferably in the semiconductor or high-tech sector.
- Strong understanding of electromechanical systems and diagnostic instrumentation.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and basic programming or scripting (e.g., Python, MATLAB) is an advantage.
- Capable of working independently during the night shift with minimal supervision.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
