Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for industrial automation systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC hardware and software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PLC systems with other automation components.
- Conduct testing and validation of PLC programs to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, flowcharts, and user manuals.
- Provide training and support to end-users on PLC operation and maintenance.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in PLC technology and industrial automation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all PLC-related activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a PLC Programmer or similar role in industrial automation.
- Proficiency in PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block Diagram.
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Experience with HMI/SCADA systems and their integration with PLCs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
