You will be responsible for preparing construction estimates, reviewing technical drawings, and assisting in project planning. Responsibility
- Assist in preparing and reviewing construction estimates and cost analyses.
- Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications using AutoCAD.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, logs, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and providing solutions to project challenges.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Basic knowledge of construction estimation and cost analysis.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- PRC License is a plus but not required.
