In this pivotal role, you will oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management, from initial planning to final delivery, while optimizing workflows, budgets, and timelines. Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of BIM and digital engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and BIM specialists, to ensure seamless collaboration and project integration.
- Implement best practices in BIM workflows, digital tools, and methodologies to enhance project accuracy and reduce rework.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance metrics and recommending process enhancements.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in BIM, digital construction, and project management to maintain VIATechnikâs competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the AEC industry.
- Proven expertise in BIM (Building Information Modeling), digital engineering, and project coordination for large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Asite) and BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, ArchiCAD).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience working in international or remote teams is a significant advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
