Responsibility
- Oversee and manage on-site construction and metal fabrication activities to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with technical drawings, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to address project-related inquiries and obtain necessary approvals.
- Utilize CAD software and other engineering tools to develop and refine project designs and solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., P.E. or equivalent) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site engineering, with a focus on metal works, construction, or main contractor projects.
- Proven track record of managing on-site operations for medium to large-scale projects, from planning to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, material specifications, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or other relevant engineering and project management software.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and local building codes is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing project requirements.
