Responsibility
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of wood shredder, metal shredder, and waste-to-energy plant machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections and diagnostic tests to ensure machinery operates at peak efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance and energy output.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance for auditing and reporting.
- Recommend and implement upgrades or modifications to improve system reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in waste management, recycling, or heavy machinery sectors.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems in industrial plants.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and environmental regulations in industrial settings.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other plant locations in Bali.
