Responsibility
- Lead the design, testing, and validation of drive assembly systems for industrial or automotive applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and software components.
- Develop and implement engineering best practices to enhance product reliability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in drive assembly prototypes or production models.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and test reports.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to ensure project milestones are met.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in drive systems and mechanical engineering.
- Ensure compliance with international safety and quality standards (e.g., ISO, CE, UL).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in drive assembly, powertrain systems, or precision engineering.
- Proven expertise in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (ANSYS, MATLAB).
- Strong knowledge of gear systems, motors, actuators, and control systems.
- Experience with DFMEA, PFMEA, and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-precision environments.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Japanese) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a contract role with minimal supervision.
