Responsibility
- Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of M&E systems for semiconductor and HVAC projects.
- Oversee site development, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize mechanical operations and improve system efficiency.
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Conduct technical reviews and risk assessments to mitigate potential project risks.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and sustainability.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E project engineering, with a focus on HVAC or semiconductor industries.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., ASHRAE, ISO, local building codes).
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP) and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or work remotely with occasional on-site visits.
