Responsibility
- Conduct daily site inspections to monitor M&E installations, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports documenting progress, defects, and corrective actions.
- Perform defect inspections and maintain a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) register, tracking resolutions and follow-ups.
- Oversee testing and commissioning of M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Review and verify as-built drawings for accuracy, updating discrepancies in collaboration with contractors and engineers.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on-site.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior inspectors and site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E inspection, construction supervision, or related roles.
- Proven expertise in construction quality control, testing, and commissioning.
- Familiarity with local and international building codes (e.g., SNI, IEC, NFPA).
- Strong proficiency in technical reporting, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or inspection (e.g., CSWIP) is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
