Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, resources, milestones, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, finance) to align project objectives with business goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and recommending process enhancements.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the project team, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
- Support the development of junior team members through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a similar role, preferably in the semiconductor, technology, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a high degree of adaptability and resilience.
- Familiarity with semiconductor processes, supply chain management, or product development is advantageous.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a bonus.
