As a Technical Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and enhancement of our train systems and infrastructure. Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain the technical performance of train systems, including signaling, power supply, and rolling stock.
- Conduct regular inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance to ensure operational reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize service disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Prepare and submit technical reports, including incident logs, maintenance records, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Provide technical support and training to operational staff and junior engineers.
- Participate in emergency response protocols during system failures or incidents.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical maintenance, preferably in rail transport, manufacturing, or heavy machinery.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation, or rail signaling.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and maintenance software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Certifications in occupational health and safety (OHS) or rail-specific training are advantageous.
