Responsibility
- Manage and optimize wave soldering equipment and processes to ensure peak performance
- Monitor and maintain soldering quality standards to meet production specifications
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for soldering machinery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency
- Document process parameters and maintain accurate production records
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in wave soldering or similar manufacturing processes
- Strong understanding of soldering principles and equipment maintenance
- Familiarity with quality control standards (ISO, IPC) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Proficiency in using diagnostic and calibration tools
- Strong communication skills in English
