Responsibility
- Support the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, yield, and product quality.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Conduct process audits and data analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
- Assist in the introduction of new products and technologies, ensuring smooth transition from development to full-scale production.
- Maintain and update manufacturing documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean and Six Sigma, to drive operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO, IATF).
- Provide technical support to production staff and contribute to training programs for skill development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or semiconductor production (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality control tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA), and statistical analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CAD software, or manufacturing execution systems (MES) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
