Responsibility
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding electrical products, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions.
- Liaise between customers and engineering teams to ensure accurate communication of technical requirements and feedback.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
- Document and track customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in CRM systems for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct product training and demonstrations for clients to enhance their understanding and usage of electrical solutions.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar role, preferably in the electrical/engineering industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, products, or solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and customer-friendly manner.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and technical documentation tools.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment in Bali.
