Are you a seasoned Structural Design Manager with expertise in Design-Build (DB) and EPC projects? We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead and coordinate structural design activities for high-stakes tender submissions in Bali, Indonesia. Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate structural design activities for Design-Build (DB) and EPC tender submissions, ensuring technical accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and review structural design drawings, calculations, and specifications to meet project requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate structural solutions into project designs.
- Oversee the preparation of tender documents, including bills of quantities, technical proposals, and cost estimates.
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of structural engineers and designers, providing guidance and technical support.
- Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies for structural design challenges.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and authorities to address technical queries and obtain necessary approvals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in structural design, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in Design-Build (DB) and EPC projects, particularly in tender submissions.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong knowledge of international design codes (e.g., ACI, AISC, Eurocode) and local regulations.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Southeast Asia or on international projects is a plus.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
