Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities across multiple luxury properties in Bali, ensuring all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) function efficiently and safely.
- Develop and implement a robust preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of critical infrastructure.
- Collaborate with hospitality teams to align facility operations with guest experience goals, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement processes to optimize costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and sustainability initiatives, including energy conservation and waste management.
- Monitor facility performance metrics, analyze data, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Lead emergency response planning and crisis management for facility-related incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing facilities team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFM, FMP) are a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within luxury hospitality or large-scale commercial properties.
- Proven expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems, with a strong focus on preventive maintenance.
- Experience managing multi-site operations, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices in Indonesia.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to drive operational excellence.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
