Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze glove manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and R&D teams to ensure seamless process integration.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Design and execute process validation protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, to drive operational excellence.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and process improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on process performance, trends, and recommendations for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the glove manufacturing or rubber industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to process optimization.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen, MATLAB) and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with ISO, GMP, and other relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, with a passion for innovation and sustainability in manufacturing.
