Responsibility
- Lead all engineering aspects of the waterfront hotel and casino development, ensuring compliance with Indonesian building codes and international standards
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to develop and implement engineering solutions for structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Oversee site inspections and quality control processes to maintain project integrity and safety standards
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for engineering components
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of engineering deliverables
- Implement sustainable engineering practices and innovative solutions for the waterfront environment
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for engineering challenges
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel, casino, or large-scale commercial development projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and international engineering standards
- Experience with waterfront construction and coastal engineering challenges
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams and flexible work arrangements
