Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for MEP systems using Revit and other relevant software.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and project compliance.
- Perform clash detection and resolution to minimize conflicts between MEP systems and other disciplines.
- Generate and update construction drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
- Ensure models adhere to industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM models into the overall project workflow.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends to enhance project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeller, with a focus on MEP systems.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM software.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction processes, and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience with clash detection and resolution in BIM models.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
