Responsibility
- Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime.
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.

- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and optimize performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision within a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems, and automation.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
