Responsibility
- Assist in the assembly, alignment, and testing of opto-mechanical components and systems.
- Follow detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions to ensure precision and accuracy.
- Perform quality inspections and functional tests to verify product performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during assembly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes, test results, and any deviations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards in all assembly and testing procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly efficiency and product quality.
- Support the maintenance and calibration of assembly tools and equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Optics, Physics, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Basic understanding of opto-mechanical systems, precision assembly, and engineering principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with delicate components.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions accurately.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and measurement instruments is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
