Responsibility
- Assist senior engineers in daily manufacturing operations and process improvements.
- Monitor equipment performance and report discrepancies to ensure optimal productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of engineering processes and procedures.
- Support quality control initiatives to uphold industry standards.
- Participate in training programs to develop technical and soft skills.
- Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a zero-accident workplace.
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies or methodologies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
