Responsibility
- Plan, execute, and finalize engineering projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues promptly to minimize delays and disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Bali as required.
