Responsibility
- Lead and manage energy-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, resources, and risk assessments, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee technical design, procurement, and implementation of energy systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies, to secure approvals and align project objectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to optimize project viability and sustainability.
- Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and post-project evaluations to senior management.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering (or related field); Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the energy, oil & gas, or renewable energy sectors.
- Proven track record of managing medium to large-scale projects from inception to delivery.
- Strong technical knowledge of energy systems, including power generation, distribution, or sustainability solutions.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASME).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
