Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the construction, maintenance, and repair of high-voltage transmission lines and associated infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical safety standards, environmental regulations, and engineering best practices.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and quality control checks to guarantee project integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including civil engineers, electrical designers, and project managers, to align execution with technical specifications.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and project documentation for accuracy and feasibility.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and mitigate delays.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to maintain operational continuity.
- Provide technical guidance and training to on-site personnel and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in transmission line design, construction, or maintenance, preferably in high-voltage projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification in electrical/power engineering.
- Strong knowledge of transmission line standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, PLN regulations for Indonesia).
- Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, PLS-CADD, or ETAP for design and analysis.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in outdoor/field environments and travel to project sites as required.
- Familiarity with Indonesian power sector regulations and local utility requirements is advantageous.
