Responsibility
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration of test equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related challenges.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repair history.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in test equipment technology and recommend upgrades or improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Provide training and support to junior engineers and technicians on equipment operation and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in maintaining and repairing test equipment in a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to equipment maintenance.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes is a plus.
