Responsibility
- Lead the diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of equipment failures to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for semiconductor manufacturing tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tool availability, reliability, and efficiency through data-driven analysis.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment issues and propose sustainable solutions.
- Oversee calibration, testing, and validation of equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on best practices in equipment maintenance and operation.
- Document maintenance activities, failures, and improvements in detailed technical reports for continuous process enhancement.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in semiconductor equipment to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or process engineering.
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex equipment failures in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes, tool automation, and control systems (e.g., PLC, SCADA).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, or specialized software) for performance tracking and improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with safety protocols, ISO standards, and lean manufacturing principles is highly desirable.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
