Responsibility
- Develop detailed structural drawings, plans, and blueprints for civil engineering projects using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure designs meet technical specifications and regulatory standards.
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to identify potential issues or discrepancies.
- Prepare and modify drawings based on feedback from stakeholders and site conditions.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including revisions and as-built drawings.
- Assist in the preparation of bill of materials (BOM) and cost estimates for projects.
- Stay updated with the latest drafting technologies, tools, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3), Bachelor’s (S1) in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher (4.00 scale).
- Proven 4+ years of experience as a Drafter in civil construction projects (e.g., factories, warehouses, schools).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software; familiarity with BIM is a plus.
- Strong understanding of structural design principles, materials, and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
