Responsibility
- Perform Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews to ensure optimal PCB design and manufacturability.
- Provide expert advice on PCB manufacturing processes, materials, and best practices.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical reviews to assess project viability and risks.
- Develop and improve high-layer PCB manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Analyze and reduce rejection rates through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to streamline workflows and improve product reliability.
- Document and maintain technical specifications, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in electronics manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in PCB design, development, or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of DFM principles and high-layer PCB fabrication processes.
- Experience with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence) and manufacturing software.
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve manufacturing defects and quality issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in a 12-hour shift environment.
