Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Safety) systems within the mall.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing technical guidance and performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular inspections of mall facilities to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations.
- Oversee energy management initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Prepare and present reports on maintenance activities, budget expenditures, and system performance to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, building maintenance, or a similar role, preferably in commercial or retail environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEPFS systems, HVAC, and building automation systems.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
